Description
This workshop will provide a toolkit for delivery of digital projects in cultural organisations encompassing both strategic and tactical approaches. These approaches will be applicable to large or small-scale website development, multimedia and mobile projects. We will illustrate with real world examples throughout and we will cover both the successes and lessons learned.
