Each Full Conference registration includes:

• access to all conference events
• one set of event tickets (3 in all) to the Welcome Reception, Exhibitors’ Reception, and the Reception the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

Workshop Registration

Separate registration is required for all Workshops.
You may attend a Workshop without registering for the Full Conference, if space is available.

Half day	$125

Each Workshop registration includes:

• Coffee Breaks (one for 1/2 day, 2 for full day)
• Lunch (for both full and 1/2 day Workshops)

Participant Discounts

MW2002 program participants are eligible for a $100 discount on a Full Conference Registration.

Student Discounts

Students with a valid full-time 2002 college ID are eligible for a special rate of $235, for conference sessions only. A copy of your current year ID must submitted along with your Registration (by fax or mail) and must be presented at the conference. You must register in advance, by April 11, 2002. There is no on-site student registration rate.

Event Tickets and Proceedings

Additional tickets to Conference Receptions and extra copies of the MW2002 Proceedings are available. Sessions-Only Registrants (One Day, Exhibitors, or Students) or Full Registrants who wish to bring guests may purchase tickets in advance.  Some tickets may be available on-site, but space is limited.

Cancellation

Registrations are refundable until February 28, 2002 less a $75 handling fee.

Registrations are fully transferable at any time prior to the conference. Please contact MW2002@archimuse.com to advise us of the name of a replacement registrant before the conference.

The Conference Hotel

All MW2002 sessions will take place in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers. A special rate has been negotiated for Museum and the Web conference registrants. Mention MW2002 when you make your reservation.
