Schubert Foo is Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Information Studies at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He received his B.Sc.(Hons), M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Strathclyde, UK. He joined NTU in 1990 and was Sub-Dean of the School of Applied Science from 1991 to 1996. His current research interests include Internet technology, computer security, multilingual information retrieval, and digital libraries.
