Jeffrey Demaine works for the Interactive Information Group of IIT. His research in the field of information visualization involves text analysis of large databases. His expertise in VRML programming grew out of similar projects in the representation of bibliometric data. He has a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario.
