Are you looking for ways to economize during your trip to Denver for MW2010?

As we've explained before, staying in the confrenece hotel is an important part of the overall economics of the meeting. It's important that we meet our commitments to hotel room nights. We've negotiated the best rate we can with the Grand Hyatt, Denver. Sharing your room is a way to reduce that rate even further.

If you're looking for a roommate, leave a comment here, or (if you'd prefer some privacy), contact MW2010 and let us know your preferences. We'll do the best we can to connect compatible roomies! Another great way to make contacts during the Museums and the Web meeting.

Room Share
Submitted by Richard Urban on March 4, 2010 - 1:29am.

Hi,

I have a reservation for a room with 2 doubles at the Hyatt from Tues, April 13 through Sat. April 17 (checkout Sun, April 18).   Looking for people to share the room (at least one, maybe two - as a traveling student a hotel cot would still beat couchsurfing for convenience).

Sorry, I'm taken.
