Teen Programs

Conference:
MW2008
Institution:
Walker Art Center
Designer:
in-house
Why:

A clever solution to the two faces of Walker Teen Programs (the 'business side' and teen community side), you decide your interest and move the yellow bar accordingly. The Walker Art Center Teen Arts Council (WACTAC) controls the 'play side of things' from design to content and all indications are they love it. Teens use the site to post general thoughts, art criticism, video, links, artwork or events with their peers. The site uses social sharing services Upcoming.org and del.icio.us to feature events and links. Teens can also customize the look and feel of the site to best express the uniqueness of their program.
