Prehistoric Climate Change and Why It Matters Today, Online Interactive

This online interactive simulation combines math and science to allow young people to understand the work of a real Smithsonian scientist and to model the actual work he does to explore a distant period of global climate change that has implication for our understanding of what our own future might hold.

This is also an experiment in the evolution of a printed teacher lesson plan series that has been in continual publication for more than 30 years.
