The Kids Zone offers games, activities, and resources about life in colonial America. Children can create and send electronic postcards, play 'skills' games that have educational relevance on such subjects as: colonial brickmakers, blacksmiths, silversmiths, and coopers; rare breeds of sheep, horses, and chickens; colonial fifers and drummers; Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and George Washington; and archaeology; Children can write with a quill pen, work online jigsaw puzzles; and complete an 18th century paper doll game.
