Adler Night and Day Podcast

The Adler Night and Day is produced in-house at the Adler Planetarium to encourage exploration of the sky and space science topics.  The podcast provides high-quality space science content in a down-to-Earth manner.  It should receive a Best of the Web award not just for quality, but because listeners are encouraged and supported to do more than just listen.  Want to see three planets in one night? Listen to Adler Night and Day. Wonder what that bright object is next to the crescent Moon?  Again, subscribe to the podcast or download a particular episode of interest directly from the website.  Listeners are invited to explore the night sky and better understand our closest star, the Sun. A PDF guide is provided to supplement each bi-weekly program. Each episode also includes an interview with an expert covering a wide variety of topics, including human space exploration, tools of astronomy, and life beyond earth.  Experts invited on the show include astronomers, astronauts, historians, and specialists in related fields.  The easy-going format of the interview makes complex topics comprehensible and engaging.
