One of the things that keeps us interested in producing Museums and the Web is the diversity of the community. The conference brings together people from many different countries, all parts of the museum, and the many different kinds of organizations that support museums – including academic research and teaching institutions.

Looking at areas of responsibility is one way to get a sense of the group. Here's a Wordle of job titles and departments of MW2010 delegates. It was great to see the preponderance of leadership positions: Director, Manager, Head ... Is this a sign of our community coming of age?

If you're interested in the institutions represented, see the list online.
