MW2007 gems: "no-one ever failed 'museum'"

One of the pleasures of editing the MW papers is actually sitting down and reading them all. They are a wonderful summary of the issues that people are grappling with and the actions being taken to make museums – and the ideas they husband – more relevant and accessible.

As i review papers, i come across 'gems' i want to save for later. i'll post them here with the challenge to you to find them when the papers go on-line.

The first: "no-one ever failed 'museum'". What a great summary of all the things we strive for in informal education!

Some of you will know where that comes from, but my challenge is "where is it used in proceedings of MW2007'?
