Isabelle Naef Galuba has worked for the Musées d'art et d'histoire of Geneva since 1988 as a deputy curator. Before 1988, she studied the art history at the University of Geneva and completed postgraduate training in museology while she was working in the Geneva Ethnography Museum. In 1997, she completed a postgraduate training in Information System Management and Technologies. From 1988 to 1990, she worked as a registrar for the Musée Ariana, the Swiss museum for ceramics and glass. For the next four years, she assisted the project manager of IMAHGE (Inventaire des Musées d'art et d'histoire de Genève). Since 1994, she's directed the IDS - the documentation service of the Musées d'art et d'histoire. She's also a project manager in MusInfo, the new information system for the city museums of Geneva.
