Andrew Lewis has been Senior Web Content Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum since October 2008. Previously he was Enquiries and e-Delivery Team Leader, responsible for enquiry services and electronic development across the Library Information Heritage and Arts Services of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Andrew has been active in web and multimedia production since 1999 and has been actively involved in development of electronic services in the public library sector, having served on advisory panels for the MLA, Reading Agency, BBC and others. He has produced a number of papers to advocate the wider exploration of multimedia and accessibility, he was the public library representative of the CILIP Information Literacy Group 2004-2008, and wrote the technical specification for the cross-authority library management procurement of SELMS (South East Library Management System), the largest public library consortium in the UK.
