Irene,
Now that the MW2011 Best of the Web categories are final, we'll have the nomination form open soon. There will be a broad public announcement when the nomination form is available.
We'll be extending the entry deadline somewhat; i'm working with the BoW panel now to set the final date.
Nominations are for the Best of the Web 2011 competition are now open, through February 21, 2011. See the announcement.

Hi Jennifer,
I have a few questions about submitions for the Best of Web awards:
-Is it already possible to submit a site for the nomination Best of Web?
-If not, when do you expect this to be available?
-Is the entry deadline stil first of February?
-Is it possible to submit the website in more then one categorie?

You may nominate one site, and you may nominate it in only one category. See the Nomination, Review and People's Choice Voting Process for further guidelines.

Hello, is this form available online? Can I submit a portal for nomination ?
Right now, the MW2011 Best of the Web Categories are open for comment. Let us know what you think!
Once the categories are finalized, we'll open nominations. The plan is for that to still be in January ;)

I am from Bangladesh working with a webportal (bdheritage.info) which I like to submit for MW2011.
It is my pleasure to wait :)
