Stacey has worked as an exhibit and education experience designer for over 15 years and currently serves as the Director of Learning Strategies for Night Kitchen Interactive. She holds her Masters in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University where she continues to guest lecture on exhibition and educational program design. Her areas of expertise include the pedagogical design of learning environments, public interpretation of human rights and social justice issues, social and cultural capital in museums, and the intersection of civic engagement with media literacy. Early work with the Exploratorium in San Francisco provided the foundation for an inquiry-based and user-centered design approach that she applies to her work in website interaction design, exhibit development, and interpretive planning.
