Your Biography

I work with museums to design participatory, game-like, slightly strange exhibitions.  I run the Museum 2.0 blog and am an activist for museums to become more dynamic, relevant, social places.  I'm lucky to get to travel and work with different kinds of museums (children's, history, science, art) that are struggling to innovate the way they relate to visitors.  But I'm always thrilled to get back to the woods, where I live off the grid and build treehouses in my spare time.

I always love to hear about what crazy, ambitious project you are dreaming of.  Mine is a museum/bar that serves as a platform for social interactive exhibits.  A museum that helps people meet each other, empathize, and share personal experiences in a physical space.

I'm also interested in building an ewok village per friends' suggestions, but we have yet to find ewoks in search of new housing opportunities.
