Your Background

Your Biography

I am a regional coordinator of the Oberlin College Club of Philadelphia. In 2009 I completed an internship at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews that was funded by Oberlin College (Oberlin, OH, USA). I was assisting with the creation of an English version of the Virtual Shtetl Portal (, a Web 2.0 project that was launched by the Museum of the History of Polish Jews in June of 2009. In 2010 I completed my MA dissertation about the contested terrain of Shoah/WWII memorial landscapes and the construction of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw, Poland with a specific focus on the collective memories which structure the Museum's virtual extension, the Virtual Shtetl Portal.
