Leonie Schäfer

Lecturer, Technical University Berlin, Germany

Leonie Schäfer, born 1968, studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Berlin. Her studies focused on Computer Graphics, Computer Animation and Virtual Reality. She received her Master's Degree in Computer Science in 1996.After stages in film production, advertising agencies and a multimedia company she is now working as a research assistant and lecturer in Multimedia Systems at the Technical University of Berlin. Her current interests are Virtual Worlds, Avatars and especially Communication in Virtual Worlds.

Leonie will co-present Time-Travels in Virtual Online Landscapes: New Presentation Possibilities with Online Virtual Reality.
