Elena Villaespesa

Digital Analyst

Elena is responsible for managing the digital analytics at Tate. This includes producing website, mobile and social media metrics reports and co-ordinating user testing and surveys, to inform decision making across Tate with the aim of improving user journeys across different digital platforms.

Elena is also a PhD student on Digital Heritage at the School of Museum Studies, University of Leicester. Her research is about how to measure the impact and value of museums on the Social Web.
