Barbara J. Soren, PhD, is an independent consultant with a special interest in audience research and development. She also teaches Museum Communication and Public Programs in the Museum Studies Program and is Coordinator of an Arts Forum at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. She was the evaluator/audience researcher for Cloth and Clay: Communicating Culture.
