Nora Hockin is the Director of Digital Content with the Information Highways Application Branch of Industry Canada, a Canadian federal department. She holds a Diploma in Germanistik from the University of Kiel, a B.A.in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Toronto, and a M.A.in Public Administration from Carleton University. Nora is an executive with 25 years of policy and program experience in the Canadian federal service (Transport Canada, Department of Communications, Ministry of State for Science and Technology, and Industry Canada).
