Museum at FIT
As Museum Media Manager, I oversee The Museum at FITs web presence and online marketing initiatives. I help to shape and expand the museum’s visibility, outreach, and engagement via numerous online platforms that include, but are not limited to, the museum’s website, special exhibition websites, online collections, and social media platforms such as facebook, flickr, pinterest, twitter, tumblr, and youtube. I also successfully oversaw the process of achieving accreditation by the American Alliance of Museums. This involved writing policies, procedures, a strategic plan, among other documents. MFIT received accreditation by AAM in July 2012.
