Being in one place that long isn't an option for me at MW :) I'm planning on posting on what's behind this site when i'm back in the office next week. If you're interested in seeing how drupal works, there's a sandbox at http://opensourcecms.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=132

OpenSourceCMS.com is a useful place to see what features the various platforms offer.

jennifer
Mon, 27 Mar 2006 21:14:17 +0000 jtrant comment 27 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com Drupal demo? http://www.museumsandtheweb.com/blog/jtrant/mw2_0#comment-15
Hi Jennifer. I'm going through the lists of demos this morning, and couldn't find this Drupal site on the list... :-( It would be cool to see an administrator's view or to see more on what it's like to set up!
Sat, 25 Mar 2006 14:05:03 +0000 brian_dawson comment 15 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com Works well for me - Congrats! http://www.museumsandtheweb.com/blog/jtrant/mw2_0#comment-10
Congrats on getting this up. Nice job of organizing the myriad of functions and content. While the site is currently focused the 2006 conference, I'm hoping the online "version" of MW will grow to be more for/about the community than the annual event. No doubt that is the vision here. Cheers!
Fri, 24 Mar 2006 17:06:21 +0000 Scott Sayre comment 10 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com I =thought= this looked like Drupal http://www.museumsandtheweb.com/blog/jtrant/mw2_0#comment-8
We're in the middle of installing it to handle routine cms chores. I'm very excited. Not sure anyone has gotten to spend a whole day on it yet - we're probably not so different from other sites where there is too much too do and not enough hours in the day.

But hoping to see at least a blog ready to go public by next week. Let me encourage use of URLs with names more memorable and easier to figure out from the bookmarks than " /reply/2".
Fri, 24 Mar 2006 03:36:48 +0000 adavidow comment 8 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com
