Elissa Frankle is a coordinator in the Leadership Programs division of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC, where her duties range from teaching law enforcement officers about ethical leadership and safeguarding democracy to managing the community of the Children of the Lodz Ghetto memorial research project, an online “citizen history” project. She also serves as a Digital Outreach Coordinator for the American Association of Museum's Education Professional Network (EdCom). Elissa's interests center on exploring visitor engagement and shared curiosity through online experiences, building online communities, and discovering how museums can shape the world beyond their walls for the better.
