Jane Finnis is Director of Culture24 - a publicly funded online cultural publisher that produces a number of websites including www.culture24.org.uk, www.show.me.uk and www.caboodle.org.uk. She is an experienced consultant, fundraiser and project manager and has also worked as a Producer of artist commissions, museum/gallery installations, websites, videos and interactive multi-media productions. Jane has spent a great deal of time on a lot of different advisory boards and committees, working with policy makers, government agencies and development agencies both nationally and internationally. Through this work she has become involved in leading, informing and developing strategies for good digital cultural practice. She is interested in the ways in which digital technologies are breaking down the boundaries between different industries and sectors and how they creates new ways of working and learning. She was the current chair and a founder member of the Culturemondo international network www.culturemondo.org and is a Trustee of Photoworks in the UK. www.photoworksuk.org
