Courtney Johnston has been at the National Library of New Zealand's Web Editor since February 2007. Her key areas of interest are web writing, usability, and social media and she has brought these strengths to the user experience development of DigitalNZ. In November 2008 she led the National Library's debut on The Commons on Flickr.
