Paula Goodale is a researcher and PhD student in the Information School at the University of Sheffield, currently working on the PATHS project on user requirements, interface design and user evaluation. Her research interests include information access, human information interaction and information use, particularly in digital cultural heritage contexts. In 2013 was on the organising committee for the SUEDL workshop (Supporting Users' Exploration of Digital Libraries) , and chaired the session at TPDL. During her earlier career, she was a senior lecturer in e-business, and has also held senior commercial roles in business development, marketing and consultancy for several e-business and e-publishing organisations.
