Past Instructor for New Media at both the School of Art, University of Manitoba, & Advanced Graphic Design program, Red River College located in Winnipeg, MB Canada. Currently the Canadian Museum for Human Rights lead for all web and digital platform development and outputs, including websites, enterprise content management, mobile software, applications, and in-gallery digital installations.

Recently, Scott has been a producer in partnership with OnScreen Manitoba, the National Film Board, and New Media Manitoba for the Creation Lab: a bleeding edge think tank for digital storytelling and film-making using new media, cinematography, interactivity, and non-linear frameworks. Scott is currently the Manager, Digital Platforms for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, and former Vice President of Web on the National Executive of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada.

Scott manages the day-to-day operational aspects of technology & design projects for the Canadian Museum of Human Rights, develops new projects, leads multi-disciplinary project teams, develops associated business cases and project plans, and provides project management services, training, consultation and support for CMHR staff, contractors, vendors, and partners. He is a subject matter expert who liaises with other departments, providing consultation, designing and developing progressive and accessible solutions for Web initiatives, and reducing redundancies with cross-departmental endeavours.
