Uncommon Classrooms is a Chicago-based consulting firm serving national clients in the cultural and education sectors. Founded nearly a decade ago, the firm collaborates with mission-driven organizations on projects that cut across sector, subject matter, and target audience. Our principal, Elory Rozner, brings to client engagements 20 years of experience in the education industry. Prior to founding Uncommon Classrooms, Elory explored teaching and learning in a variety of educational environments: the classroom, educational publishing houses, research institutes, and museums. Elory holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She serves on the board of the Harvard Club of Chicago, the Exhibition Advisory Committee for the Museum of Science and Industry, and the Tinkering Lab Advisory Committee for the Chicago Children’s Museum. She is a blogger for Huffington Post Education.
