J. Paul Getty Museum
Anne Martens is a Content Producer for the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, where she specializes in writing interpretive media for various platforms and distribution channels. Her job covers developing content plans and storyboards for audio, video and interactives, to writing, editing and producing for the Web and in-gallery audience experiences. Anne is also involved in the LA contemporary art community as a writer, editor, curator and practicing artist. Before the Getty, Anne developed Web content for Citysearch in Los Angeles and in Portland, Oregon. Other early careers ranged from being a college professor of journalism and art in Rochester, NY to covering labor politics as a photojournalist in Washington, DC. Anne holds an MA in journalism from the University of Maryland and an MFA in photography from The Visual Studies Workshop in Rochester, NY.
