Calling all beer geeks! Montreal, and specifically downtown Montreal where we'll be, is home to several microbreweries and brewpubs. I know Jennifer and Willy have been pushing the local cuisine, well here's your chance to expand your craft beer palatte!
I've done some of the leg work for you and thrown together a Google Map showing the ones nearby that seem good. Actually, the furthest one is the one I'm most excited about: Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel! Come find me at the conference if you're interested in setting up a time to go beer tasting, I'm the one with the braided beard! ...or just reply here.
Ok, everyone. Tonight after the reception I'm hoping to head to Dieu du Ciel, might skip out of the reception a bit early but should be there for a while. Many of you have run into me already, sorry to have neglected this thread, but let's make it happen tonight! Say, 6:30 or 7:00 in the lobby area then out to catch a cab?
