At my museum, we have a lot of tools for creating and distributing content online. Also, there is a growing understanding of the need for and value in online content production. But we don't have a formal plan for when, what, how, and why we create that material. I think it would be helpful for guiding our work and for getting senior staff buy-in. Do others have such plans?
As we hope everyone who was at MW2011 in Philadelphia found out, the Museums and the Web program works because it's built from the ground up – based on your ideas and suggestions. So keep them coming ...
During MW2011, I mentioned to some of you that I wanted to get together at a later date to continue the great conversations started at the conference. To that end, I have started a meetup.com group and proposed a time for us all to get together:

Please take a moment to give us your feedback about your experience at MW2011. We shape the conference to suit your needs, so let us know what they are! Complete the survey below or just leave a comment here.
Thanks!
Each year at Museums and the Web we recognise the best work in our field. Congratulations to the following institutions.
